This is a reference site to a student thesis.

 

A little background, I am a student of housing as I studied Architecture at the U of M, and as a result of wasteful nature of what the architecture community was doing at that time I went a differnt direction. The moment I knew I did not want to be a architect was when a professor told me "building are disposible, you have to think it will be torn down in 15-20 years and parking lot may take it's place." That was my last class in architecture.

 

None the less I have always loved housing the it's potential. Well designed homes can create energy, food, and tread lightly on the earth, and be self-sustaining. I have worked in real estate for the past five years, and am a GREEN, CDPE, Realtor, and currently focus on residental and commercial solar energy or renewable energy in my work life.
