I have opened seven restaurants and two hotels, and have extensive computer training and excellent organizational and sales skills.  I love computers and have been trained in a number of design programs, POS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and a number of CRM systems. I have hosted countless wine tasting, and wine dinners, weddings, parties, and staff wine sales and service training.  I have over ten years of management experience, extensive sales and marketing experience. I am a life long learner and am also an Eagle Scout, a National Science Olympiad Recipient, and in my youth represented MN playing baseball in Japan and was a national ranked FIS ski racer.
